All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service.
Most order ship within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Customers will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once the order ships. We do not maintain any stock decals or stickers. Each decal order that we receive is custom cut when we receive the order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. Shipping cost vary by the total weight of decals ordered (see below). The average shipping and handling cost of most orders is $1.00 to $1.75 for USPS First Class shipping. Priority shipping is available for an additional fee (See Below).
International Shipping is available for a slightly additional fee See Below). We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
In order to keep costs as low as possible, most orders are sent by First Class mail without tracking numbers. Some larger orders are sent with tracking numbers, especially larger decals that are shipped in a box. All Priority Mail orders are shipped with tracking numbers. If an order was sent with a tracking number, the customer is notified of the number in their shipping confirmation email. To track a package, go to USPS.com and enter the tracking number you were emailed.
If You Do Not Receive Your Order:
Please allow two weeks from the time your order is sent to receive it. If after that time and your order still has not arrived, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to determine what the issue is and send you a replacement ASAP. Please note: Most of the past problems with a customer not getting their order has been an error in the shipping address provided by the customer.

We want you to be happy with your decal purchase and will work with you any way that we can to make sure you get the decals that you want. We cannot be responsible for customer errors made when ordering or incorrect application, however it you feel there is any defect in material, quality, or damage during shipping, we do offer a replacement or a refund minus 25% of the order total. Return the decal to us in the original condition and a refund or replacement will be issued. Decals should be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange.
If your decal order contains an error and you need a replacement we ask that a photograph of the decal is emailed to us. If the error is made on our end we will replace the decal free of charge. If the error was made on your end, (for example: misspelled names or words etc.) we will work with you to get it corrected. DecalsByUs.com is not responsible for replacing decals that contain errors that were not made by DecalsByUs.com. We will work with you to get the error corrected but we do not replace decals that contain customer errors free of charge. Photos of decals with errors can be email to: Sales@decalsbyus.com.
Note: DecalsByUs.com is not responsible for replacing decals that have already been applied. It is the customer's responsibility to proof the decal for errors before application. DecalsByUs.com cannot be responsible for incorrect application of decals.
